Second time here. When we walked in the place had a stanky kind of smell. We were starving so decided to stay anyways. Our food was okay. The prices were rather high for what you got. They should compare their stuff to Applebee's. Doesn't touch Applebee's but more expensive! The people who work here are exceptional tho. Great service and very helpful with our questions considering we are not from here. They did their best to direct us. But that was about all this place had going for it, sad to say.

The food was average... Terrible service-the waitress didn't even put ice in our drinks! We went for breakfast and we where the 1 out of the 2 families there and it took forever for the food.

Didn't have the food but they had a decent beer selection. I had a New Belgium Pumpkin Kick and a Sam Adams Octoberfest. Kind of reminded me of Applebee's in a mall...

This is a review for the new location on the west side of Sioux Falls. I went there on a Saturday night and it was almost full. A friend and I sat at the bar. I ordered what i thought would be safe bar food. Chicken strips and fries. The fries were raw. I've had better chicken strips at White Castle! We moved from the bar to a table after we ate. No waitress to be seen. I had to go asked to get served. Our waitress told us she was too busy to help us. She told me to go to the bar to get a beer. LAME! Last time I'll be there.

They have a free shuttle to pick you up and take you home, but I had to wait over a half hour when they old me it would only take me 10 minutes to pick me up! I had to call a cab to get home!

I had a really great time when I was there 3 years ago. Over the last weekend I got over priced watered down drinks and a bunch of overly loud shitty music. The karaoke was ok. There were some hits and misses. Gal was quick with orders but she didn't know the drinks were awful. Hard to screw up a whisky sour but somehow they did.

Had a great time here. It's roomy and the drinks are CHEAP!!! But then again, I'm from California so that says alot. Had a great time, service was great and I'd return;)

Good burgers. Like the twofer on burgers. Small selection on beers. Hardley any imports or micros. But good place to eat.

It's a bar--in a mall. Really, that should tell you everything you need to know about it. Shenanigan's easily fails as both a restaurant and a bar. I've been there once on a Friday night and once during the day on a Saturday and both times left unimpressed. I've eaten there once, and both my meal and the wait service were below average. The one evening we went for a friend's birthday and I found the overall atmosphere to be generic and boring. First of all, the name and sign imply Irish Pub, but the decor is the typical memorabilia of a sports bar. In actuality, it is neither one, and just gives off a feeling that you've been in this kind of place a million times and never really enjoyed yourself. Second, I just can't seem to get over the fact that when you look out the windows, you see the bright, florescent glow of a mall walkway. Maybe I would be able to look past it if there were some other redeeming qualities, but I haven't found any yet. Last, Shenanigan's is filled with the type of people I go through life avoiding. I realize that this is mostly a personality thing, but they seem to cater to a younger, louder, and more annoying set that I don't want anything to do with. All this being said, Shenanigan's must have something going for it, as it was very busy both times I've visited (too crowded for my tastes, but I tend to prefer quieter places). I can't imagine what the appeal would be, but I guess if you like generic, crappy bars in malls, then Shenanigan's is your kind of place. Otherwise, it's a definite pass.
